For over 70 years, the legacy of Late Eapen Varghese,in the form of an eponymous initiative Eapen Varghese & Co.,has been instrumental in supporting infrastructural development across Maharahtra. EV & Co. is one of the pioneers in the field of Asphalt Road Construction and continues to successfully fulfill infrastructural development of civil, roads and structural fabrication only in the Private and Public sector.
The Business
EV & Co. started off as a registered Class I-A contractor with PWD and Class A contractor with Mumbai Municipal Corporation. From implementing robust solutions in road construction in Asphalt, R.C.C, P.Q.C with Vaccum Dewatering, Inter-locking pavers and Stamp Concreting.
EV & Co.’s lineage of work is spread across various domains of clientele; right from civil projects, industrial sheds, power plants, airport runways & aprons, road & sewage systems, highways to multi-storeyed residential & corporate buildings, educational institutions, churches and cantonment areas of military services. Because EV & Co. is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, easy processes, smooth and on-time completion of projects; it is only obvious that we retain our esteemed list of repeat customers with Bombay Municipal Corporation, Khopoli Municipal Council, Lonavala Municipal Council, Airport Authority of India and other Semi Government and Government bodies. We are proud of our associations with these government bodies for over the last 70 years. And counting!
